LED diode, Light Emiting Diode
The LED is a special diode emitting a light when
it is crossed by a current by direct direction. Like a standard diode, it blocks
the current in the opposite direction.
The
LED meet in particular on the faces fronts of the computers, generally green for
power supply, red or orange for the accesses to the hard drive. Other colors
exist like the pink, blue or yellow.
This component is used in a technology
of impression similar to the laser and monitor
